 Conventional Loan 

The Conventional Loan is generally for people who have good credit scores, a steady income source and have saved up a nice chunk of change for a down payment.

FHA Loans.png

 FHA Loan 

A Federal Housing and Administration (FHA) Loan may be good for folks earning a low-to-moderate income and first-time homebuyers. By getting this loan, you can pay as little as 3.5% down.

 Non-QM Loan 

We offer asset only programs, no income or tax returns needed, qualify investment properties just using potential rental income, and can even accept non-US funds.

 VA Loan 

If you are a veteran or an active member of the military, National Guard, or a surviving spouse then the VA Loan may be an excellent option.

Pre-approval

We’ll help you determine what you can afford to buy after calculating your income, running your credit, and analyzing your assets.

Commitment

Once we have your contract and full credit package, your documents will be underwritten by one of our underwriters and you will be issued a conditional commitment. This will outline any additional documentation or information we may require.

Lock Your Interest Rate

We offer 15 to 75-day locks to all our borrowers. Based on the given market, your Loan Officer will guide you through which rate option will be the best for you.

Clear to Close

Ahh, the best three words of the mortgage process. Once we reach the finish line together, we will alert all parties that your loan is cleared to close and ready to schedule a closing.
