Frederick J. Assini began his career in the Mortgage Industry in 2009 and has been the President of Hartford Funding, Ltd. since 2015.

His vision for Hartford is to be a company that embraces technology to improve client satisfaction and streamline the lending process, enabling our team to spend less time shuffling papers and more time forming relationships. With this goal in mind, along with his team Fred has implemented many new technology pieces, and a new Loan Operating System built around the needs of each department and the optimal borrower loan experience.

He truly values each Hartford Funding, Ltd. employee and every person that gives us the opportunity to help them finance their home. Prior to Hartford, Fred graduated from the Charles F. Dolan School of Business at Fairfield University in 2013 with a major in Management.
